What we are looking for;

Work experience

Experience in the areas of business process re-engineering, process design, organizational transformation, and change management.

Good understanding of at least one domain.

Project management of transformational programs.

Design and deployment of service delivery models (in any domain – Banking, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement and Logistics, HR, etc.)

General Skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Adaptability to work in ambiguous situations

Relationship management

Active learning and eye for detail

Areas of Responsibility

Lead design of service offerings and projects in the respective domain.

Work with Consultants/Sales in other geographies to identify prospective clients, understand client requirements and present solutions to clients.

Manage delivery of engagements / work streams at client's site.

Manage team of resources (depending on scale) during engagements, guide the resources, monitor progress, keep all stakeholders informed and take ownership of deliverables.

Lead/ support ‘Go to Market' activities for their service – continuous update of toolkits, creation of marketing collateral and supporting participation in marketing events, as and when required.
